How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of topsmartaccessories.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I didn’t test it enoughly just list some music, sound is good very loud and it didn’t burn in yet (according to my burned in tennmak) after burn in I’m gonna make a additional contration earphonees material, color and looking is good also, Product box is very much desingned and it’s very small from my thinking so it’s easy to use it wasn’t burn in, but I will make an additional statement after using the earloop as well as the volume and the point of beginning, the same as the tennmas I ‘ve been using for how many months. The headset material is fine, the image is like me, they are smaller than I thought, and easy to use, the cable color looks a bit weird, I think you feel that you use the box is very good quality (the review of friends with audophile is important)

Landing is perfect, although on the hands go will not fall out. Braid cord plastic, but normal, not tangled, in the frost (-30) does not blow like many. In the presence of sony, i do not remember the model, took 5 years ago for 6 hundred in the csn and a headset from sams s8, from akg. On the phone and a simple nonem player sony loses akg and trn, the last two are the same in sound. But on the player fiio x1 trn unconditionally bypasses the headset samsung. In general, we need a quality player for full disclosure. The sound of others do not hear, and the noise of the tram does not particularly violate idilia. I recommend to a good player.

Came in 14 days. The sound is clean “out of the box”, a little bass (if you need more-viperfx and similar programs to help). Sat-+-normal (left ear-perfect, with the right had to get mad and pick up the ear pads (their size, position), but still sits so (it seems, the peculiarity of my ears). To achieve better insulation and better bass-buy other ear pads-foam. Contacts in the “mother” keep tight, but do not constantly remove them and insert. I recommend warming up the pink noise (because it is considered the safest for warming up), at an average volume a couple of days from 3 to 5 hours a day. And yet-what to conclude about their sound-choose the right ear pads and insert the headphones correctly and conveniently 🙂

shipment takes 15 days to Istanbul, Turkey. Item is just as described. Cable quality is high, especially the part that is close to the earphone has a U curve flexible coating which turns the cord into a “behind the ear cord”: it helps earphone not slipping out even when doing sports.

Pretty fun In Ears, pretty warm sounding with plenty of bass (for me), despite that it’s a fun one to listen to if you enjoy that type of sound compared to the more neutral moondrop crescent for example. The red version isn’t as bright in real life as my pictures show, but sadly also not that fancy as the picture from the store shows. It’s more pale and cheap looking, not a big issue since it’s so inexpensive, but other colors might be more pleasing to the eye. Because they’re plastic only means they’re also very light and that also goes for the cable, not in a bad way, it’s pretty comfortable. The ear hooks are good, like the preformed more than the ones you need to bend yourself, one of the connectors took some effort to push in the In Ear. Decent choice if you want some inexpensive warm/fun sounding In Ears overall.

Very good sound. The top is very slightly muffled, would not listen to fiio f9pro earlier, then would not notice. The bottom is enough, the middle is normal. I had to rearrange the ambyushura-the sound channel is long, and the complete tight and short. The microphone did not check. Separately ordered for them a cable, complete with a thin, flimsy, as suspected.
